Cragtop

Governed by the most respected elder of the goat herders, Cragtop started as a seasonal camp that evolved into a permanent settlement known for its goat herding and cheese-making traditions. The community is perched atop a rocky crag, making it ideal for goat herding, and the elder’s guidance ensures the preservation of their traditional herding and cheese-making techniques. Cragtop’s cheeses are sought after for their unique flavors, which are attributed to the high-altitude grazing lands.
